Revamping Docquity: A Seamless Experience for Healthcare Professionals

The main objective was to overhaul the user experience on Docquity's website, making it more visually appealing and informative for healthcare professionals. The goal was to streamline the navigation, enhance content visibility, and create a modern, responsive design that aligns with Docquity's brand identity and mission to connect doctors across Southeast Asia.

The Challenge:

The challenge was the development constraints of using WordPress, which imposed certain limitations on design flexibility and customization. This required creative problem-solving to ensure that the website still had a highly polished, professional appearance while working within the technical boundaries.

The Concept:
Like most websites, our visitors need to understand Docquity both briefly and in detail on a single main page - before they explore another feature pages. I aimed to create a Hero section that highlights the product and cross-country doctor interactions, showcasing Docquity's purpose as a hub for HCPs to connect, share cases, learn, and earn CME credits. This is captured through a simple yet representative visual that reflects Docquity’s identity as a platform. My hypothesis was that visitors might lack sufficient information about what Docquity offers.

Therefore, it was essential to present 'Docquity use cases and features' prominently on the homepage and within the feature pages.

Result:
The revamped website delivered a cleaner, more user-centric interface. As a hypothesis, we believed that all of Docquity's key features could be conveyed on a single homepage, where I worked with tabs, sections, and even representative visual animations. Additionally, I also created other subpages to accommodate Docquity's business units, such as the Docquity Jobs page and PAP.
